Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Westway Recovery Inc. or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Westway Recovery Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
